1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using StickyFridge (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Who can use StickyFridge
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16, whichever is higher in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract under the law where you live. If you use StickyFridge on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in method (Apple ID, Google account, or magic-link email). Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
- One natural person per account. Multiple accounts to circumvent limits or bans are prohibited.
4. Your content
- You own the content you create in StickyFridge (entries, photos, comments, notes). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and back up this content solely to provide the App to you and the supporters you explicitly invite.
- You are responsible for the content you post. Do not upload anything you do not have rights to, or anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or infringing.
- We may remove content that violates these terms, but we are not obligated to monitor it.
5. Subscriptions + billing
- StickyFridge offers a Free tier and a Pro tier (monthly / annual).
- Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store (iOS). Prices and renewal terms appear in the App before purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
- Free tier features and limits (1 tracker, 1 supporter, 30-day history) may change with reasonable advance notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the App except where local law overrides this prohibition.
- Use automated tools to harvest user or content data.
- Impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or harass other users.
- Send spam or bulk invitations.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or tier restrictions.
- Upload malware or content that exploits the App or other users’ devices.
- Use the App for any illegal purpose, to facilitate self-harm, or to process category-sensitive data (e.g. health-regulated records) that requires a data-processing agreement we have not signed.
7. Supporter mechanic
- Inviting a supporter means you explicitly grant that user read access to the specific tracker you invited them to (and its entries, reactions, comments). They cannot create entries for you.
- You may revoke a supporter at any time. Revocation is effective immediately; the supporter’s cached data on-device may persist for a short period but the server denies further reads.
- We are not responsible for supporters acting beyond the ethical spirit of the mechanic (e.g. sharing your content outside the App). You are responsible for whom you invite.
8. Account suspension + termination
- We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, misuses the platform, or creates legal risk for us or other users.
- You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. Paid subscriptions are governed by the app store’s refund policy post-termination.
- On termination, your personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy retention rules.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. StickyFridge is not a medical, mental-health, or therapeutic tool. Entries and streaks are personal reminders, not professional advice. If you are experiencing crisis, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) €50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email where we have one. The “Effective date” at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law + disputes
These Terms are governed by Turkish law without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a different forum.

1. Kabul
StickyFridge hesabı oluşturarak ya da Uygulamayı kullanarak bu Şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası‘nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.
2. Kimler kullanabilir?
En az 13 yaşında (ya da bulunduğun ülkede bu yaş daha yüksekse o yaşta) olmalı ve yaşadığın ülkede bağlayıcı sözleşme yapabiliyor olmalısın. Bir kurum adına kullanıyorsan, kurumu bağlayacak yetkinin olduğunu beyan edersin.
3. Hesabın
- Giriş yöntemini (Apple ID, Google hesabı ya da giriş bağlantısı e-postası) güvenli tutmak senin sorumluluğunda. Yetkisiz bir kullanım fark edersen hemen bize bildir.
- Doğru bilgi vermeyi ve güncel tutmayı kabul edersin.
- Hesap başına bir gerçek kişi. Limitleri ya da yasakları aşmak için birden fazla hesap açmak yasaktır.
4. İçeriğin
- StickyFridge’te oluşturduğun içeriğin (kayıtlar, fotoğraflar, yorumlar, notlar) sahibi sensin. Bu içeriği, Uygulamayı sana ve açıkça davet ettiğin destekçilere sunabilmemiz için gerekli olan barındırma, saklama, iletme, görüntüleme ve yedekleme hakkını bize dünya çapında, tekel olmayan ve bedelsiz biçimde verirsin.
- İçeriğinden sen sorumlusun. Üzerinde hakkın olmayan; yasa dışı, nefret içerikli, cinsel açık, tehdit edici ya da hak ihlali yapan şeyler yükleme.
- Şartları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır; ancak içeriği izleme gibi bir yükümlülüğümüz yoktur.
5. Abonelikler + ödeme
- StickyFridge, Ücretsiz ve Pro (aylık / yıllık) planları sunar.
- Pro abonelikleri Apple App Store üzerinden faturalanır. Fiyat ve yenileme koşulları satın almadan önce Uygulama’da görünür.
- Abonelikler iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir. iOS’ta Ayarlar → Apple ID → Abonelikler yolundan iptal edebilirsin. Yasa gereği zorunlu olmadıkça ya da tamamen bizim takdirimize bağlı olmadıkça ödemeler iade edilmez.
- Ücretsiz plan özellikleri (1 takip, 1 destekçi, 30 günlük geçmiş) makul bir önceden bildirimle değişebilir.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Aşağıdakileri yapmayacağını kabul edersin:
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek, decompile etmek ya da scrape etmek (yerel mevzuat aksini söylemedikçe).
- Kullanıcı ya da içerik verisi toplamak için otomatik araç kullanmak.
- Başkasının kimliğine bürünmek, yanıltıcı hesap açmak ya da diğer kullanıcılara taciz etmek.
- Spam ya da toplu davet göndermek.
- Rate-limit, kimlik doğrulama ya da plan kısıtlamalarını aşmaya çalışmak.
- Kötü amaçlı yazılım ya da Uygulamayı veya diğer kullanıcıların cihazlarını istismar eden içerik yüklemek.
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçla, kendine zarar vermeyi kolaylaştırmak için ya da özel kategori veri (ör. sağlık kayıtları) işlemek için kullanmak.
7. Destekçi mekanizması
- Bir destekçi davet etmek, o kullanıcıya ilgili takip için (kayıtlar, tepkiler, yorumlar dâhil) okuma erişimi verdiğin anlamına gelir. Destekçiler senin adına kayıt oluşturamaz.
- Bir destekçiyi istediğin zaman kaldırabilirsin. Kaldırma anında etkili olur; cihaz tarafında önbelleklenmiş veri kısa süre kalabilir ancak sunucu artık veri vermez.
- Destekçilerin, Uygulama dışında içeriğini paylaşması gibi davranışlardan sorumlu değiliz. Kimi davet ettiğinden sen sorumlusun.
8. Hesap askıya alma + sona erdirme
- Bu Şartları ihlal eden, platformu kötüye kullanan ya da bize veya diğer kullanıcılara hukuki risk yaratan hesapları askıya alabilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.
- İstediğin zaman Ayarlar → Hesabı sil yolundan hesabını silebilirsin. Sona erdirme sonrası ücretli abonelikler App Store’un iade politikasına tabidir.
- Sona erdirmede kişisel verilerin, Gizlilik Politikası‘ndaki saklama kurallarına göre işlenir.
9. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama, “OLDUĞU GİBİ” sunulur; açık ya da zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez (ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, ihlal etmeme dâhil). StickyFridge tıbbi, ruh sağlığı ya da terapötik bir araç değildir. Kayıtlar ve seriler kişisel hatırlatıcıdır; profesyonel tavsiye yerine geçmez. Bir kriz yaşıyorsan nitelikli bir profesyonele ya da yerel acil servislere başvur.
10. Sorumluluk sınırı
Yasaların izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde, İşletmeci’nin Uygulama kullanımından doğan her türlü iddiadaki toplam sorumluluğu şu ikisinden büyük olanıyla sınırlıdır: (a) iddiadan önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğin tutar, (b) €50. Dolaylı, arızi, sonuç niteliğindeki ya da cezai zararlardan; veri, kâr veya itibar kaybından sorumlu değiliz.
11. Şartlarda değişiklik
Şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi ve (varsa) e-posta ile duyurulur. Üstteki “Yürürlük tarihi” mevcut sürümü yansıtır. Sonraki kullanım kabul anlamına gelir.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk + uyuşmazlıklar
Bu Şartlar, Türk hukukuna tabidir; uluslararası özel hukuk kuralları saklıdır. Uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul mahkemelerinde çözülür. Yaşadığın ülkedeki tüketici koruma mevzuatı farklı bir forum hakkı tanıyorsa bu hakkın saklıdır.
